What services does the School of Law provide to alumni?The School of Law provides educational, networking, and social events for alumni, as well as a host of benefits and services exclusively for alumni. Popular benefits include access to the Law Library and Career Services resources, and CLE programs.
Where is the Advancement & Alumni Relations Office located?
The Advancement & Alumni Relations Office is located on the 14th floor of the Philip H. Corboy Law Center (25 East Pearson Street, Chicago, IL 60611).

Staying Connected to Loyola Law and Classmates
How do I updated my information?There are several ways to update your contact information:
1. Log on to the Loyola University Chicago Online Alumni Directory. This directory allows you to see the
information we currently have on file for you.
2. Complete the Update Your Information Form on the alumni website.
3. Email your new information to the Alumni Relations Office at lawalumni@luc.edu.
4. Call the Alumni Relations Office at 312.915.6187.
How can I find contact information for my classmates? How can I access the Alumni Directory to find classmates?
If you would like to get in touch with a fellow alum, you can begin this process by searching the online Alumni Directory. You will need to register, creating your own user name and password if you have not done so previously. Once registered, you will be able to search all Loyola alumni, not just law alums, according to a variety of search criteria.
If the person you are looking for does not have his/her information listed in the directory, please contact the Alumni Relations Office at lawalumni@luc.edu or 312.915.6187. Once this information is received by our office, we check our database to see if there is a way for us to get in touch with the person you are looking for. If we do have information, we will contact that person on your behalf and include your contact information.

How do I submit a class note for future publication in the Loyola Law Magazine?
To submit a class note, please fill out the Submit a Class Note Form or contact Elisabeth Brookover at ebrooko@luc.edu or 312.915.7854.
Does the law school have a regular electronic newsletter?
Yes, the E-Update is an electronic newsletter containing all the latest news from the School of Law. All alumni for whom we have an e-mail address will receive the E-Update. It is published four times per year. If you are not receiving the E-Update and would like to, contact the Alumni Relations Office at lawalumni@luc.edu to verify the e-mail address we have on file.
How do I receive the Loyola Law Magazine?
Please submit the Update your Information Form or send an email to lawalumni@luc.edu requesting to be added to the mailing list.

How do I order a transcript?Please visit the University's Office of Registration and Records website.
How do I request a duplicate diploma?
To obtain a duplicate diploma, fill out the Duplicated Diploma Request form and submit to the Office of Registration and Records.
Does Loyola University Chicago School of Law provide opportunities for CLE credit?
Yes, several conferences are offered at the School of Law that offer CLE credit. For more information, click here.
What is an alumni card? How do I obtain an alumni card?
Alumni cards and the privileges associated with them are granted to alumni who are graduates of the University and the Rome Center. Privileges include University Library Access, Computer Lab Access, and use of the Halas Sports Center. However, in order to use these facilities, alums must present an Alumni Card. Does the Career Services Office offer services to law alumni?
Yes, visit the Alumni Career Services website for more information on the many services and resources available to alumni.
Do I qualify for the Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LRAP)?
Loan repayment assistance is available for recent law graduates who are engaged in full-time public service employment. A recent law graduate is considered someone who has graduated from Loyola within the last five years. For more information and to apply, click here.
As an alum, do I have access to the Loyola Law Library?
Yes, law alumni are granted access to the Loyola Law Library. Alumni must present an Alumni Card and photo ID to gain access to the Law Library. In order to obtain borrowing privileges, alumni must fill out an application at the Circulation Desk. To learn how to obtain an Alumni Card, click here.
How do I obtain an alumni email address?
Loyola University Chicago offers e-mail forwarding through the online Alumni Directory. Your alumni e-mail address will end in @alumni.luc.edu and will forward to an email provider of your choice (yahoo, aol, hotmail, etc.). To use this feature, you will need to register, creating your own user name and password if you have not done so previously.

What events are currently being planned for Loyola Law alumni?There are many events held throughout the year for law school alumni. Events are held in the Chicagoland area and throughout the country. For more information on upcoming events, click here.
When is my next reunion?
Loyola University Chicago School of law celebrates reunions each fall with special recognition of 50, 40, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10 and 5 year reunions. Classes that graduated more than 50 years ago are invited back every year for the Emeritus Mass and Reception. For more information on this year's Reunion, click here.
Are there any events going on in my area?

How can I volunteer at the law school?
There are various ways to donate your time to the School of Law. Some opportunities available are: mentoring students, conducting mock interviews, serving on panels, coaching trial teams, and serving as a reunion class agent, just to name a few. To learn more and express interest, click here.
How can I sign up to mentor current law students?
Three formal mentoring programs currently exist at the law school: 1L-Young Alumni Mentoring Program, Circle of Advocates Mentoring Program, and the Diversity Mentoring Program.

How can I make a monetary gift to the law school?The School of Law welcomes monetary gifts in a variety of ways. The majority of gifts are in the form of check or credit card payments. Many dedicated alumni and friends have discovered the rewards of supporting Loyola through planned giving options or gifts of securities. What are some programs to which I can donate?
Annual Fund gifts have a tremendous impact on the School of Law's programs and initiatives. Some of the most important programs include: the Dean's Development Fund (unrestricted), Center for Advocacy (Circle of Advocates Scholarship Fund), Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy, Elder Law Clinic, Civitas ChildLaw Center, Law Alumni Reunion Scholarship Fund, Law Public Interest Center, Vis Moot, and Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LRAP) for public service professionals. In short, your support covers a broad range of immediate needs and maintains the School of Law's academic edge. Every dollar counts!
What is the Annual Fund?
The primary goal of the Annual Fund is to provide a steady stream of revenue, usually unrestricted, for the School of Law's programs and priorities. Annual contributions are an important source of operational revenue for academic excellence at the law school, including scholarships, student programs, faculty development and countless other priorities that simply could not be funded by tuition alone. When you make your gift to the Annual Fund, you are helping maintain its high quality legal education for the lawyers of tomorrow.

Is the law school part of the University Campaign?
All gifts made to the School of Law are part of the current university campaign, Partners: The Campaign for the Future of Loyola. Gifts towards the law school's goal of $40 million will increase our level of scholarship support for the most talented and deserving students, strengthen our nationally recognized Centers of Excellence and other academic programs, and enhance our facilities to create a state-of-the-art learning environment.
