DC Fast Class - American Politics: The bad. The ugly. And the good?

« Back

Politics in the 21st century are consternating, rancorous, and ubiquitous… but is that a good thing? In the wake of the recent election, this is the perfect time to chew the fat on strengths and weaknesses of the American system of government: endless debating and campaigning, the media, the polling process. If you had the power to fix the system, what would you change?

Every blip on the political radar has the potential to enlighten or confuse the American voter. Join Alan Gitelson, PhD, for a lively conversation that will challenge the audience to think "outside" their traditional "boxes" about the complexity of our political system.
